These Terms of Service are effective as of June 3, 2026.

For purposes of these Terms, "Veracity," "VeracityAI," and "Veracity AI" refer to the VeracityAI app, the website at veracityai.co, and related services operated under the Veracity brand by Vector AI LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VeracityAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

VeracityAI may provide tools, content, analysis, and related features for informational purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

3. User Content and Inputs

You may provide text, links, prompts, messages, or other materials to the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service at scale, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use VeracityAI to violate the rules of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The VeracityAI service, branding, design, software, and related content are owned by Veracity or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership rights in the service or its underlying materials.

6. Paid Access and Subscriptions

Some VeracityAI features may require paid access. Website subscriptions may be billed through Stripe. iOS app subscriptions may be billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription availability, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and payment handling may depend on the payment provider and the platform where the purchase was made.

Paid tiers may include monthly usage limits, feature limits, or evidence-budget limits. VeracityAI may update plans, pricing, limits, and included features from time to time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

7. Third-Party Services

VeracityAI may integrate with or rely on third-party services, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, social platforms, and data sources. VeracityAI is not responsible for third-party services or their separate terms, policies, or availability.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Veracity does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeracityAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use arising from or related to the service.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

VeracityAI may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. These Terms of Service may also be updated from time to time, and continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
