Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Veracity collects, uses, and protects information when people visit the website or use the VeracityAI app and related services.
Effective Date
This Privacy Policy is effective as of June 3, 2026.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Veracity," "VeracityAI," and "Veracity AI" refer to the VeracityAI app, the website at veracityai.co, and related services operated under the Veracity brand by Vector AI LLC.
1. Information We Collect
VeracityAI may collect information you submit directly, such as names, email addresses, support messages, optional subscription requests, update preferences, account access details, article links, claims, prompts, screenshots, search requests, comparison inputs, and other product inputs you choose to provide.
The service may also collect product and technical information such as browser type, device information, app context, referral information, pages viewed, buttons clicked, feature usage, usage limits, account tier, entitlement status, transaction or subscription identifiers, and approximate city, state or region, and country when available.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used to operate the product, improve analysis quality, monitor site performance, diagnose bugs, respond to support requests, send optional updates people requested, follow up on early access requests, verify paid access, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, measure conversion, and understand how people use the service.
3. Analytics
VeracityAI may use analytics tooling to understand page usage, navigation patterns, and launch performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies depending on site configuration. Analytics events may include page views, subscription-plan views, checkout starts, in-app purchase starts, feature starts and completes, and other product interaction events.
4. Payments and Account Access
Website subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. iOS app subscriptions may be processed by Apple In-App Purchase. VeracityAI does not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may send VeracityAI limited payment and subscription status information such as customer identifiers, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription tier, renewal or expiration status, and billing status so VeracityAI can activate, manage, and support account access.
5. Cloudflare Storage and Processing
VeracityAI uses Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 as core backend infrastructure for entitlement checks, usage counters, subscription records, public site metrics, cost tracking, subscriber records, contact messages, and selected product data. This keeps operational data and heavier backend work on Cloudflare infrastructure rather than the website host.
6. Third-Party Services
VeracityAI may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, payment, AI, search, email, app-store, and data providers. Those services may process information as part of delivering, securing, measuring, and improving the product.
7. Data Retention
Data may be retained for operational, security, analytics, and support purposes for as long as reasonably necessary. Subscription, transaction, entitlement, and usage records may be retained while an account or subscription is active and afterward as needed for billing, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, and audit purposes, unless a shorter period is required by law or implemented by Veracity.
8. Security
VeracityAI uses reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Choices
You may choose not to submit optional information. Privacy questions, subscription updates, early access updates, account deletion requests, and removal requests can be sent through the support page contact form. Some operational records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, tax, accounting, billing, or dispute purposes.
10. Updates to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The version on this page should be treated as the active version.
