How does the Analyze feature work?
You paste an article URL, and Veracity returns an article title, summary, key points, credibility context, and bias notes based on the source content.
How does the Compare feature work?
You start with one source article URL. Veracity uses that story as the seed, looks for related same-story coverage, and then highlights common ground, differences, framing, and bias patterns across outlets.
What is included for free?
Free access includes 5 Analyze runs, 1 Compare, 5 Fact Checks, and 5 Truth Profile searches per month. The public Top Stories digest remains available without a card.
What do paid plans include?
Starter is $4.99 per month for 30 Analyze runs, 30 Fact Checks, 5 Compares, and 30 Truth Profile searches. Plus is $9.99 for 100, 100, 25, and 100 respectively. Pro is $19.99 for 300, 300, 75, and 300. Higher tiers also use larger source and search budgets; they do not claim to use a different AI model.
What is the paid daily brief?
Every paid plan includes a 5-story Top Stories brief, available up to once per day and capped at 31 briefs per month. Plus and Pro add larger evidence packets, but not more daily briefs than Starter.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Website subscriptions use Stripe; after signing in on the Account page, you can open Billing to update payment details, change plans, or cancel. Apple and Google Play subscriptions are managed through the store account used to purchase.
How do refunds work?
For a website purchase, contact Veracity Support with the checkout email and transaction details so the request can be reviewed. Apple and Google Play purchases follow the refund process and decision of the store that processed the payment.
How do I use my subscription on another device?
Open Account and verify the email used for the subscription or access grant. Once verified, Veracity can restore the matching tier and show the correct usage limits on that device.
How does City Rank work?
City Rank uses the current Veracity city-ranking model and groups the existing metrics into energy, financial, and crime sections. You can search by city name or jump directly to a rank number.
Does Veracity guarantee accuracy or professional advice?
No. Veracity is an informational product. Its outputs should be reviewed critically and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.
